TXA Engineering Update: Arbitrum, Tacen Swap, and More
Project TXA continues to stay on track to become the next generation of cryptocurrency trading. Featuring the convenience of a CEX, with the safety and non-custodial aspects of a DEX, Project TXA’s hybrid decentralized exchange protocol (hDEX) is catching the attention of all the right people.
This week, we asked our developers to shed some light on what they’re working on next for Project TXA. Here’s what they said:
Adding Arbitrum Support
We are excited to announce the addition of Arbitrum to our list of supported blockchains, alongside Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon. With its impressive speed, seamless bridging, and cost-effective transactions, Arbitrum is the perfect addition to our ever-growing platform.
Why Arbitrum?
Arbitrum is a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum that employs Optimistic Rollup technology. This technology allows it to significantly enhance transaction throughput while keeping fees remarkably low. Here are a few key advantages that Arbitrum brings to the table:
- Fast: Arbitrum's Optimistic Rollups enable quick transaction processing, reducing latency and providing a smooth trading experience.

Testnet Support and USDT Pair
To kick off our support for Arbitrum, we're introducing a testnet Arbitrum and USDT trading pair. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the speed, ease of use, and low transaction fees that Arbitrum offers before diving into the mainnet.
Streamlined Database Changes
Our developers have made significant changes to our internal databases and backend services, enabling seamless integration of new networks like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, and the recently announced Arbitrum. These improvements ensure that the process of adding new networks, trading pairs, and assets is quicker and more straightforward, without causing any disruptions to existing features.
Introducing Tacen Swap
We're also proud to announce our work on Tacen Swap, a streamlined version of our exchange designed to simplify cross-chain swaps. Tacen Swap allows users to execute multiple cross-chain swaps without paying gas on each transaction, making the swap process both faster and more cost-effective than current offerings.
Tacen Swap will be available on the mainnet in about two and a half months, providing an innovative solution for traders seeking a more efficient swapping experience.
